This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit adenira.com or contact us through the form, why we do so, how long we keep the data and what rights you have. Processing is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data.
This is an English translation of the Czech original. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.

Why and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry, arranging a consultation and preparing a no-obligation building assessment | Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR |
| Keeping a record of enquiries and evidence of when and how we received them | Legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR |
| IP address and user agent to detect form abuse and bots | Legitimate interest in website security — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR |
If you sent the enquiry on behalf of a company, we process your contact details as those of the company's contact person.
How long
We keep enquiries for 2 years from the last contact. If the enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, further retention is governed by the contract and statutory periods (e.g. accounting). We delete IP addresses and user agents after 6 months at the latest.
3. Email communication
After you submit the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation at the email address you provided and your enquiry will be delivered to our team. If you write to us directly at hello@adenira.com, we process your address, the content of your message and any details you share in it, for the same purpose and on the same legal basis as with the form.
We will not send you marketing communications or newsletters without your explicit consent.
4. Protection against form abuse
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), which verifies that it is being submitted by a person and not a bot. To do so, Turnstile evaluates technical data about your browser and device and your IP address. It does not use them for advertising or cross-site tracking. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website from spam and attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For details, see the Cloudflare privacy policy.
5. Analytics and cookies
We do not set any tracking cookies ourselves. To measure traffic we
use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited),
which stores the cookies _ga and _ga_* in
your browser for up to 2 years. They tell us how many people visit
the website, where they come from and which parts they read. This
involves processing pseudonymous identifiers, device and browser
data, and approximate location derived from the IP address. Google
does not store IP addresses in the EU.
We use analytics cookies only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings. Refusing them does not affect how the website or the form works. We keep data in Google Analytics for 14 months.
Cloudflare Turnstile may use necessary technical data for its verification; we need this data for the form to work and it does not require consent.
6. Who has access to the data
We do not sell your data or pass it on to anyone for their own purposes. Access is limited to our staff who handle enquiries and to the following processors who provide technical operations for us:
- a hosting provider with servers in the EU — server and database operation,
- an email service provider — email delivery,
- Cloudflare, Inc. — form protection (Turnstile),
- Google Ireland Limited — traffic measurement (only with consent).
We have a data processing agreement in place with all processors. Cloudflare and Google may transfer data to the USA; both companies are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which, according to the decision of the European Commission, ensures an adequate level of protection.
7. Where the data is stored
We store enquiries from the form on servers in the European Union (Czech Republic and Germany). We protect the data with encrypted transmission (HTTPS), controlled access and regular backups.
8. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:
- obtain information about what data we process about you, and a copy of it,
- request the correction of inaccurate data,
- request erasure if we no longer need the data or are processing it unlawfully,
- request restriction of processing,
- receive the data you provided to us in a machine-readable format,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest — we will then stop the processing unless we demonstrate compelling grounds that override your interests,
- withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time.
Just write to hello@adenira.com. We will respond without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
If you believe we are handling your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz, or with the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we change the way we process data or when regulations require it. The current version is always available on this page, with the effective date shown at the top.
